Their estimate was reasonable and I arranged a time for them to come out. They called as planned to let me know the arrival time, were exactly on time, then reviewed the plan for removal. I had been prepared for the on-site price to be higher than the estimate but it wasn't, and in fact they removed a few additional items for me at no added cost. It was swelteringly hot but their crew quickly had the hot tub broken down and off the property. They raked that area and swept my garage and driveway, leaving nothing to show they had been there. I have used Junk Bee Gone on different projects, but most recently at my own home. I was able to get a container in less than 24 hours. The driver Wesley was prompt, polite, and gave a phone call with an ETA. On top of the flawless services provided, I was also given a container that was clean, had zero smell, and overall presented much better in front of my home than you’ll see with other companies containers.
